水泥穩(wěn)定碎石可適用于各級(jí)公路的基層和底基層，但水泥土不得用做二級(jí)和二級(jí)以上公路高級(jí)路面的基層。水泥穩(wěn)定中粒土和粗粒土用做基層時(shí)，水泥穩(wěn)定碎石的水泥劑量一般在3%左右，不超過6%。必要時(shí)，應(yīng)首先改善集料的級(jí)配，然后用水泥穩(wěn)定。

1、濟(jì)南水泥穩(wěn)定碎石用做底基層時(shí)，單個(gè)顆粒的大粒徑不應(yīng)超過375mm水泥穩(wěn)定碎石的顆粒組成應(yīng)在級(jí)配范圍內(nèi)，土的均勻系數(shù)應(yīng)大于5細(xì)粒土的液限不應(yīng)超過40%，塑性指數(shù)不應(yīng)超過17對(duì)于中粒土和粗粒土，如土中小于06mm的顆粒含量在30%以下，塑性指數(shù)可稍大。

1. When Jinan cement stabilized macadam is used as subbase, the large particle size of a single particle should not exceed 375mm, the particle composition of cement stabilized macadam should be within the grading range, the uniformity coefficient of soil should be greater than 5, the liquid limit of fine-grained soil should not exceed 40%, and the plasticity index should not exceed 17. For medium-grained soil and coarse-grained soil, if the content of particles less than 06mm in soil is less than 30%, the plasticity index can be slightly larger.

實(shí)際工作中，宜選用均勻系數(shù)大于10、塑性指數(shù)小于12的土。塑性指數(shù)大于17的土，宜采用石灰穩(wěn)定，或用水泥和石灰綜合穩(wěn)定。對(duì)于中粒土和粗粒土，宜采用表322中2號(hào)級(jí)配，但小于0075mm的顆粒含量和塑性指數(shù)可不受限制。

The soil with plasticity index greater than 17 should be stabilized with lime or cement and lime. 3、水泥穩(wěn)定碎石用做基層時(shí)，對(duì)所用的碎石或礫石，應(yīng)預(yù)先篩分成3~4個(gè)不同粒級(jí)，然后配合，使顆粒組成符合表322所列級(jí)配范圍。

3. When cement stabilized crushed stone is used as base course, the crushed stone or gravel used shall be screened into 3-4 different particle grades in advance, and then mixed to make the particle composition conform to the grading range listed in table 322.
