1、瀝青路面施工規(guī)范的缺陷

表現(xiàn)在瀝青油石比的不準確，象油石比設計主要由室內(nèi)馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度控制，如滿足流值、穩(wěn)定度、空隙率三大主要指標后，確定油石比，缺乏象日本、美國增加的動穩(wěn)定度指標、確定油石比和集料配合比。

100×100×4×2.42g/cm3=96800g．油石比增加量為400÷96800=0.4％

（2）規(guī)范要求實際瀝青用量只能在佳瀝青用量±0.3％之內(nèi)，可見實際油石比已經(jīng)超過了規(guī)定值。

（3）此外，由于路面基層不可能十分平整，有坑洼現(xiàn)象，而瀝青粘層油，則為流動的液體，因此，往往在低洼處粘層油過量集中，這也是導致局部路面泛油嚴重擁包的主要原因之一。
