應對辦法：

作業(yè)前檢查熨平板底板是否平整，底板是否粘連雜物，及時清理和調(diào)整；

在加熱溫度達到要求后，再進行攤鋪工作；

正確設(shè)定夯錘與攤鋪速度，螺旋的高度以高過攤鋪面的兩倍高度為宜；

正確安裝找平儀（或平衡梁探頭高度與連線的位置）；
